Dekvia for firms adds a private library with your own exhibits, a curator who governs templates, images and styles, and user profiles, so the house style is enforced by the tool and not by a review the night before.

What is centralised

Templates

Your exhibits next to the 213 system ones: the firm's bridge, scorecard, maturity matrix, case page. Built once, published to everyone, versioned by the curator. We build the first ones with you.

Styles and themes

The firm theme and every client theme, stored as roles (Text 1, Accent 1, Background 2, fonts). A slide pasted into a client deck takes the client's colours; a slide pasted back takes yours.

Images and icons

Logos, photo placeholders, icon sets and pictograms governed centrally, so a 2019 logo never ships again. Each image has its slot in the template, with capacity and crop.

Roles

A curator, and three profiles.

Curator: one person (or a small team) publishes and retires templates, sets the default theme, assigns seats and profiles. Changes reach everyone without reinstalling anything.

Basic uses templates. Style can also change colours, sizes and skins. Build can change the structure. The profile is a ceiling per person, set by the curator.

Deployment

Installed by IT, or by nobody.

Today Dekvia ships as an offline package your IT can deploy centrally. With the Microsoft AppSource release, administrators deploy it to the whole organisation from the Microsoft 365 admin centre, and individual users can install it themselves if your tenant allows it. The task pane is served from Microsoft Azure over HTTPS; no local server, no browser plug-in.
